Every day this team saves clients money and time, rescues trips, protects events and earns genuine thanks, and almost none of it gets written down anywhere. This is where we capture those moments, credit each other for them, and put real numbers behind our value.
It does two jobs at once. When we sit down for a review with Louis Vuitton, Tiffany or any of our accounts, we can show the soft value we deliver and not just the numbers. And it gives us a way to recognize good work, individually and by team, instead of it passing unnoticed.
If the answer is no, log it. A few worked examples:
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| Waiver / Attrition | A charge that already exists is removed or reduced. A fee, a penalty, a fare difference, or attrition that was billed and then argued down. You are undoing a cost. |
| Concession | A saving you negotiated into a contract before it was signed. Comped rooms,
reduced AV, discounted F&B, a softer attrition clause. Mostly E&E. You are preventing a cost.
If the charge already existed, it is a Waiver. If you stopped it existing, it is a Concession. |
| Favor | You went out of your way. A rush request, a workaround, a save that took extra effort. |
| Compliment | A client praised your work. Capture their words so the whole team sees it. |
Use the Submit an entry tab. It takes under a minute.
You can log on behalf of a teammate. Tick the box and pick the colleague. The entry is credited to them, with your name recorded as who logged it. Anyone who has signed into the portal at least once appears in that list, so if you are not there, log in once and you will be.
Every entry is reviewed by the ops team before it counts. That is purely to keep it fair and consistent, not to make it hard.
Each side is recognized within its own team so credit stays fair across very different kinds of work. Events work tends to be fewer but larger moments, so team scoring is per person and smaller teams compete on equal footing with larger ones. The UK and Mexico teams are not included at launch for regional reasons. We want to bring them in later.
| Award | Prize | How it is decided |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly, individual | $100 e-gift card | Most validated entries that month. Twelve winners a year. |
| Quarterly, team | $50 e-gift card each | Average entries per person, not the raw total, so a team of three is not disadvantaged against a team of five. A team qualifies once most of its members have logged at least one validated entry, which leaves room for time off. Quarterly rather than monthly so PTO evens out. |
| Annual, individual | Something bigger, to be confirmed | For someone who has consistently gone above and beyond across the full year. |
If there is a tie, there is still only one winner, decided by a wheel of fortune spin at the all staff.
You choose your own gift card. Winners pick a retailer or bundle from a curated list, and we email it to you. There are two providers, one US and one Canadian, so Canadian winners receive the same value at a Canadian retailer.
Claim within 30 days. Winners receive an email with a link to the claim form. Submit it within 30 days of that email. Rewards not claimed in time are released back to the program.
Past winners stay eligible. Winning in March does not take you out of the running in April.
Anything not covered here, ask Jo, Jackie or Kristina. The full rules are on the Rules tab.
Our recognition program for the above and beyond work we do for clients. You log the moment, ops validates it, and it counts toward the monthly, quarterly and annual awards.
A waiver or attrition (a charge that already existed, removed or reduced), a concession (a saving negotiated into a contract before it was signed, mostly E&E), a favor (going out of your way), or a compliment (a client praising your work). The test is whether they could have gotten it without you.
Routine work that is simply part of the job, and concessions already negotiated into a signed contract before it was signed. Those still go in ClickUp as they do today.
Log it. Ops reviews every entry anyway, and the grey cases are how we sharpen the guidance. Nobody is penalized for logging something that turns out to be business as usual.
All the travel desks and both Events & Entertainment teams. The UK and Mexico join later.
Use the ClickUp ID. The field accepts either.
Pick the currency in the dropdown and enter the amount as it was. The portal converts it to USD at submission and stamps the rate, so euros, yen and pesos all count properly. If the value was time rather than money, log hours instead.
Yes. Tick “log on behalf of someone else” and pick the colleague. It is credited to them and your name is recorded as who logged it. If they are not in the list, they log into the portal once and they will appear.
No. The program starts 1 August 2026 and is not retroactive. If something big lands right before that date, it is fair to hold it.
Individual by the number of validated entries that month. Team by validated entries per person over the quarter, once most of the team has logged at least one.
A wheel of fortune spin at the all staff. One winner, decided live and in front of everyone.
An e-gift card. We send you a short form to pick your retailer or bundle, then email the card to you. Canadian winners get the same value at a Canadian retailer. Submit the form within 30 days of receiving it; rewards not claimed in time are released back to the program.
Yes.
The ops team. It is a quick consistency check, not a hurdle. Once validated, your entry appears on the leaderboard.
Who we are and who does what. The org chart is a snapshot, the directory below reads live from Airtable.
F1RSTCorp began in 1997, when Carolyn Bernstein founded CBT to look after corporate travel for luxury brands. That specialism never changed, and it is the reason for everything that followed. In 2007 we partnered with LVMH’s Global Travel Manager to consolidate and grow their US programme. In 2013 we partnered with First in Service. In 2025 a strategic partnership with Blockskye brought the rebrand to F1RSTCorp.
Nearly thirty years on, luxury goods and luxury fashion are still all we do. We service 44 client accounts across the LVMH and Kering families, from Louis Vuitton, Dior and Fendi to Gucci, Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta. We work with houses beyond them too: Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels of the Richemont group, Omega and Swatch, and Estée Lauder.
Fifty of us work across eight servicing desks in the United States, Mexico and the United Kingdom, with dedicated cover for VIP travel, events and after hours.
High-touch boutique travel at scale, powered by deep expertise and strong partnerships.
Everyone at F1RSTCorp: name, team, group, email, phone extension and GDS agent IDs. Live from Airtable, so it reflects the roster as it stands today.
